Overview:
We’re seeking dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are currently pursuing certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT). This role is designed to support your professional growth while allowing you to apply your learning in a meaningful, hands-on environment.
As a BAT, you’ll receive concentrated supervision hours, individualized mentorship, and the real-world experience you need to become a confident and effective BCBA. We are committed to investing in your development every step of the way.
- 1:1 mentorship from experienced BCBA
- Opportunities to shadow and participate in clinical activities beyond RBT responsibilities

- Structured supervision aligned with BACB fieldwork standards
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
- Assist in data collection and behavior intervention plan implementation
- Participate in team meetings and parent trainings as appropriate
- Collaborate with BCBAs to complete assignments related to your supervision requirements
- Gain experience in assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
Compensation:
- $20 - $24 per hour
- 30 guaranteed weekly hours
- Quarterly performance reviews
- Yearly recertification fees paid
- Paid RBT training and exam fees

- Paid time off and holidays (Full Time)
- Differential rate for weeknights and weekends
